1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• 13+ (or local majority age).
• One account per person; no fake profiles.
• Google sign-in required—follow their terms too.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Content: You own uploads, but grant us a limited license to sync/store (encrypted, ephemeral). Don't upload illegal/harmful stuff (e.g., malware, spam, copyrighted without rights).
• Prohibitions: No reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercial abuse. Respect rate limits (e.g., 50 uploads/hour).
• Pro Features: $2.99/month subscription for pins/pause—cancel anytime via Stripe. Non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Our Responsibilities

• Provide the Service "as is"—reliable sync, previews where possible.
• No warranties: Uptime ~99%, but glitches happen. Back up your own data (it's ephemeral!).
• Liability Cap: Max $100 for direct damages. No indirect (e.g., lost files).

5. Termination

• You: Delete account anytime (wipes data) or cancel pro sub via Stripe.
• Us: For violations, with notice (unless emergency).
• Survival: Sections 3-7 post-termination.

6. Governing Law

Colorado, USA. Disputes via binding arbitration (no class actions).

We'll post updates here/in-app. Continued use = agreement.
